WHAT IF IM NOT AVAILABLE FOR MY SHIPMENT

Immediately after shipment, you may use the UPS Tracking number to contact UPS to make changes if they were not made prior to shipment.  We cannot guarantee the condition of any wine if the delivery is not made on the first attempt. Orders that are not delivered on the initial attempt may be held in a facility that is not temperature controlled.

WHICH STATES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver to all states EXCEPT: AR, CT, DE, MI, MS, MT, NJ, RI, SD, UT

ARE SHIPMENT PICKUPS AVAILABLE? WHERE?

Yes, in Houston area only wine shipment can be picked up at scheduled (we will provide once ordered) times at 2301 Portsmouth, Houston, TX 77098. If not picked up within 60 days of order, then we will ship to you UPS ground and shipment fees will be charged to your credit card on file.

CAN I HAVE A FRIEND OR FAMILY PICK UP FOR ME?

DOES STOUT WINERY SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND CAN I TRACK THE PACKAGE?

Shipments go out as soon as possible, shipments going out of state will ship on Mondays or Tuesday to avoid sitting with carrier over the weekend. Local shipments may be shipped Wednesday or Thursday, we ship ground or 3-day air.

Yes. Once UPS picks up the package you are sent a tracking # and will be able to track from there.

WHAT IS THE REFUND or DAMAGED POLICY?

We will replace any bottle of wine purchased directly from Stout Family Wines that is corked or flawed within 30 days of the purchase. We ask that the customer return all flawed or the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Please send an email to info@stoutwines.com to arrange for the return of a corked or flawed product. Once the wine is received, we will send you a current vintage replacement bottle. We are unable to provide replacements of past vintages.

If wine was damaged in shipping before delivery, we will replace the wine.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY SHIPMENT AND IT’S RETURNED?

If a shipment is returned (after 3 tries), we will contact you to reship at your cost (credit card on file will be billed).
